Beef and Broccoli Bulgogi
Ingredients
1 medium or large onion, minced
garlic, minced
ginger, minced (optional)
broccoli, cut into flourettes
Impossible Meat, ground meat, etc
4 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
pepper
MSG (optional)
Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Scalions (optional)
Hot sauce to serve, gochujang or sriracha
Directions
Start your rice.
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, oil, vinegar, and spices in a bowl. Set aside.
Pre cook the broccoli, microwave is easiest.
Fry the onion in oil until translucent. Add the garlic and optional ginger.
Add the ground meat and fry until browned.
Add the sauce and broccoli and cook on medium high heat until the sauce has reduced.
