Cabbage carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cabbage, julienned

  • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

  • 1/3+ cup Parmesan

  • 200g pancetta spicy, thick cut in squares

Directions

  1. Bake the cabbage on sheets at 350. Olive oil, salt, garlic powder.

  2. Mix eggs, cream, cheese, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, pepper.

  3. When the cabbage is almost done, fry the pancetta. Remove from heat. Add cabbage then stir in sauce quickly.
