Cauliflower paneer tikka masala
Ingredients
1/2 cauliflower, cut and microwaved
1/2 package paneer, cubed
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 minced onion
1 red pepper, optionally roasted
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 can coconut milk
2 tbsp heavy cream
Directions
Fry ginger, garlic, and onion in oil.
Add minced pepper.
Add spices.
Add 1/4 cup water and some salt.
Blend until smooth and set aside.
Fry some mustard seeds, then add the curry back in, along with coconut milk and cream.
Add some pre-cooked cauliflower and paneer cubees.
