Cauliflower paneer tikka masala

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower, cut and microwaved

  • 1/2 package paneer, cubed

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

  • 1 minced onion

  • 1 red pepper, optionally roasted

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp tumeric

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 can coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Directions

  1. Fry ginger, garlic, and onion in oil.

  2. Add minced pepper.

  3. Add spices.

  4. Add 1/4 cup water and some salt.

  5. Blend until smooth and set aside.

  6. Fry some mustard seeds, then add the curry back in, along with coconut milk and cream.

  7. Add some pre-cooked cauliflower and paneer cubees.
