Cream whipper chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate (1/3 unsweetened, 2/3 bittersweet)

  • 200ml heavy cream

  • 100ml milk

  • 1 tsp or less espresso powder

  • 1 tbsp sweetener like allulose

  • vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt on a double boiler.

  2. Heat milk and cream in microwave.

  3. Combine everything and melt until smooth. Don’t over cook, but make sure everything is good and melted or it’ll gunk up the sprayer.

  4. Fully cool in cream whipper in the fridge, then pressure and shake well.
