Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup flour

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Sweetener and vanilla (optional)

  • Butter for coating the pan

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse for 10 seconds.

  2. Let rest in the fridge for 1 to 48 hours.
