Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cup oats (not quick oats, they are cut too fine)

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Almonds

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Quinois (uncooked)

  • Butter

  • Allulose

  • Maple (2 tbsp max, not much if using allulose)

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

  • Raisins

  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened)

Directions

  1. Mix the first dry group in a bowl, except raisins and coconut.

  2. Melt the butter and mix with the sugar and seasoning. Pour into the dry and toss.

  3. Lay on a baking sheets in a thin layer.

  4. Convect bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Half way through, remove from oven toss with fruit and coconut. Do not over cook.
