Granola
Ingredients
3 cup oats (not quick oats, they are cut too fine)
Pumpkin seeds
Almonds
Sunflower seeds
Quinois (uncooked)
Butter
Allulose
Maple (2 tbsp max, not much if using allulose)
Salt
Cinnamon
Raisins
Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
Directions
Mix the first dry group in a bowl, except raisins and coconut.
Melt the butter and mix with the sugar and seasoning. Pour into the dry and toss.
Lay on a baking sheets in a thin layer.
Convect bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Half way through, remove from oven toss with fruit and coconut. Do not over cook.
