Kickass Instant Pot chicken soup

Ingredients

  • 8-10 skin on chicken thighs

  • Carrots

  • Kale

  • Onion (green)

  • Lots of salt (2-3 tbsp)

  • 1 scoop gelatine

  • Garlic oil

  • Bay leaves

  • Parsley/basil/thyme

  • Water almost to max

  • 1 cup pasta (orzo)

Directions

  1. High pressure for 60 min.

  2. Take out the chicken thighs and let them cool in the fridge.

  3. Add back meat.

  4. Add pasta and simmer till cooked.
