Kickass Instant Pot chicken soup
Ingredients
8-10 skin on chicken thighs
Carrots
Kale
Onion (green)
Lots of salt (2-3 tbsp)
1 scoop gelatine
Garlic oil
Bay leaves
Parsley/basil/thyme
Water almost to max
1 cup pasta (orzo)
Directions
High pressure for 60 min.
Take out the chicken thighs and let them cool in the fridge.
Add back meat.
Add pasta and simmer till cooked.
