Jalapeno Soup aka Pain Soup
Ingredients
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
8 jalapeño peppers
2 red peppers
1 cauliflower
1/2 stick of butter
6 to 8 cups of broth
1/2 cup combination of cream, cream cheese and/or sour cream
Directions
Fry garlic and onion in the butter
Add all the diced peppers (fry them with the onions or roast them first if you have more time)
Add the cauliflower and the broth (just enough to cover the cauliflower florets)
Reduce until cooked (20min)
Hand blend until smooth
Add cream, cream cheese and/or sour cream
