Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 2-4 fillets of tilapia, split in half lengthwise

  • 2-3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2-4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed

  • parsley

  • seasoning for the fish (salt, pepper, paprika, MSG, seasoning salt, old bay, etc)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish. Lay fish inside it in a single layer. Season liberally.

  3. Mix the butter, lemon juice, syrup, parsley, and garlic. Pour over the seasoned fish.

  4. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the thickest part of the fish reaches 160F.
