Lemon Garlic Tilapia
Ingredients
2-4 fillets of tilapia, split in half lengthwise
2-3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
parsley
seasoning for the fish (salt, pepper, paprika, MSG, seasoning salt, old bay, etc)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lightly grease a shallow baking dish. Lay fish inside it in a single layer. Season liberally.
Mix the butter, lemon juice, syrup, parsley, and garlic. Pour over the seasoned fish.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the thickest part of the fish reaches 160F.
