Meat balls
Ingredients
3 packages of ground meat, roughly 450g each, maybe 2 chicken and one pork.
2 eggs
1 onion, minced or grated
Grated parmesan
Garlic
Worcestershire sauce
Bread crumbs, whole wheat flour, crushed pork rinds
Salt and pepper
Herbs
Directions
Mix all thoroughly. Add crumbs until dry and stick.
Take a little wad and microwave it to test for flavour. It probably needs more salt.
Make balls with a 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp spoon.
Bake at 425 until brown and cooked.
Makes literally a hundred meat balls so you have been warned.
Variation - Instead of cheese and herbs, use indian or thai spices, or korean chili flakes, or leave out for a non denominational meatball.
