Meat balls

Ingredients

  • 3 packages of ground meat, roughly 450g each, maybe 2 chicken and one pork.

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 onion, minced or grated

  • Grated parmesan

  • Garlic

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Bread crumbs, whole wheat flour, crushed pork rinds

  • Salt and pepper

  • Herbs

Directions

  1. Mix all thoroughly. Add crumbs until dry and stick.

  2. Take a little wad and microwave it to test for flavour. It probably needs more salt.

  3. Make balls with a 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp spoon.

  4. Bake at 425 until brown and cooked.

  5. Makes literally a hundred meat balls so you have been warned.

  6. Variation - Instead of cheese and herbs, use indian or thai spices, or korean chili flakes, or leave out for a non denominational meatball.
