Nutella hazelnut spread
Ingredients
4 cups or 500g hazelnuts
1/2 cup oil, like peanut/canola/sunflower
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup allulose or other sweetener
vanilla
salt
Directions
Roast the hazelnuts in a 375 oven for 10 to 13 minutes. The skins will burn so watch closely.
Put the cooled nuts into a sealed container and shake them to remove the skins. Sift and separate.
Put everything in the vitamix and blend until smooth. Cool and store in fridge or freeze it.
