Nutella hazelnut spread

Ingredients

  • 4 cups or 500g hazelnuts

  • 1/2 cup oil, like peanut/canola/sunflower

  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup allulose or other sweetener

  • vanilla

  • salt

Directions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in a 375 oven for 10 to 13 minutes. The skins will burn so watch closely.

  2. Put the cooled nuts into a sealed container and shake them to remove the skins. Sift and separate.

  3. Put everything in the vitamix and blend until smooth. Cool and store in fridge or freeze it.
