Breakfast oatmeal
Ingredients
2 cups oats, old fashioned
2 cups milk
2 cups water
4 cooking apples, macintosh
1/2 stick butter, or more
1/3 cup flax meal, or more
cinnamon
blueberries
Directions
Peel and shred the apple into a pot with butter and cinnamon. Cook until soft.
Add the oats, flax, milk, and water. Simmer until mostly absorbed, careful not to burn.
Add blueberries and salt.
