Peppery leek soup
Ingredients
1 large leek, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves rough cut garlic
1/2 stick butter
1 chopped cauliflower
2-3 jalapenos, diced
Korean chili flakes
Chicken broth to cover
Heavy cream
Directions
Saute leek, onion, garlic, and butter in instant pot.
Add jalapeno, cauliflower, chili flakes, chicken broth.
High pressure for 12 minutes, and 12 minute natural release.
Blend it and add heavy cream.
