Tikka Masala
Ingredients
Chicken or some kind of protein
Yogurt, fatty
2 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp butter
2 small onions, finely diced
1 1/2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1-2 tsp ground red chili powder / Kashmiri chili
1 tsp sweetener
14 oz tomato puree (roughly 400g or 400ml, or one small can)
1 cups heavy cream (evaporated milk, coconut milk, sour cream, etc)

Directions
If using chicken, coat in similar spices to above, salt, and yogurt. Marinade in the fridge. Pre-fry chicken in pan and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the onion with canola oil and butter, untill soft.
Add the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add all the spices for another 30 seconds.
Add the tomato, along with the chicken and any optional vegetables or chickpeas. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the yogurt from the marinade, or just yogurt, along with heavy cream. Add water if too thick. Simmer for another 5 or so minutes.
