Tofu crisp
Ingredients
2 blocks extra firm tofu
Bouillon or broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
Coreander
Pepper
4 tbsp corn starch
Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Crubme tofu into a bowl with bouillon. Boil water and pour to cover. Mix and let rest 10-15 mins or more.
Drain the tofu well. Add all ingredients except the starch and oil and toss. Then toss with starch and oil.
Spread out on a sheet pan and bake for 30 mins, flipping over once or twice to ensure even cooking.
